IN-EX is driven by unique and patented sonochemical technology, which uses ultrasonic energy to initiate a chemical reaction and impregnate metal-oxide particles into filtration media.
The technology has been jointly developed with scientists from a leading Israeli university and is being used in the medical industry to fight infections in hospitals.

A chemical reaction creates metal oxide, ultrasound waves are used to impregnate filtration media with metal oxide particles. The sono-chemical coating is extremely stable and long lasting. While the filter is in use, moisture in the air activates the metal oxide which creates free radicals on the filter surface that eliminate airborne viruses by destroying their protein layer and preventing their ability to reproduce.
