A Meaningful Milestone: A.L. GROUP Publishes Its First ESG Report
A.L. GROUP is proud to publish its first Sustainability Report, covering our environmental, social and governance activities, progress and commitments during 2024–2025.
The publication of this report represents an important milestone in our sustainability journey. It brings together the work taking place across our global organization and provides a clearer view of how sustainability is being integrated into our operations, decision-making and long-term business strategy.
Building a Stronger Framework for Responsible Business
As a global filtration company, our activities have an impact that extends beyond the products we manufacture. From the way we use resources and manage our environmental footprint to how we support our employees, communities and business partners, we recognize the responsibility that comes with operating across an international value chain.
Our first ESG Report reflects the framework we are establishing to manage this responsibility more systematically. It outlines our approach, policies and actions across three central areas:

- Ethics, integrity and responsible business practices
The report also reflects our efforts to better understand the expectations of our stakeholders, identify priority areas and create a foundation for measuring progress over time.

Environmental responsibility is closely connected to our purpose as a filtration company. Through our products and technologies, we contribute to cleaner air and fluids while continuously working to reduce the environmental impact of our own activities.
The report presents our approach to greenhouse gas emissions, energy efficiency, renewable energy, resource use and responsible waste management. It also introduces our long-term climate commitment, including our target to achieve Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions across our value chain by 2050.
These ambitions provide direction for our future activities and establish measurable milestones that will help us assess and strengthen our environmental performance.
