Boaz Roseman
Boaz holds an EMBA in Business Management specializing in Strategy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Boaz brings over 15 years of experience in industrial global management and held several high level positions the most recent of which as Director of the fiber division at Nilit Ltd. He specializes in operational excellence, introducing innovation and streamlining the supply chain to balance the needs of customers with the capacity and ability of the company.
Sivan Levy Shamir
Sivan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and an Executive MBA from Ben-Gurion University. Sivan joined A.L. GROUP in 2006, and since then, she has successfully led multiple aspects of the organization, including the Sales and Marketing department of the EMEA region. Her tenure has been marked by substantial contributions, leveraging invaluable experience to perfectly prepare her for the role of Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Asaf Britchner
Asaf serves as Chief Financial Officer, since 2018. Prior to this position , Asaf has successfully filled the role of Corporate Financial Controller for 6 years, he has an extensive hands-on experience in the finance field and in global enterprises. Asaf holds a B.A. in Business Management from the College of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Avi Pollak
Avi is the group's CTO. He has extensive experience in product and production equipment development for the semiconductor, medical and automation industries. Avi holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as a M.Sc. degree in System Engineering from the Technion, the Israeli Institute of Technology
Roee Hamtzany
Roee joined A.L. GROUP in 2019 and is responsible for developing, upgrading, and maintaining all group's ERP, information and cataloging systems. He holds a BA in Economics from Haifa University and has over 15 years of experience in IT management and applications integration in various industrial companies.
Yanni Gingihashvili
Yanni joined A.L. GROUP in 2014 with 14 years of experience in operations and product management, he brings a unique blend of technical and business knowledge to the table. Yanni holds a BA in Industrial Management and Practical Engineering in Biotechnology.
Itsik Levy
Itsik has B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Ben Gurion University. He joined A.L. Group in 2010 and holds 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Before working at A.L. Group, Itsik worked in a startup company developing a solution for Hydrogen engines.
Maor Beeri
Maor is the V.P. of Engineering and has been working for A.L. Group since 2014. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. With over 12 years of experience in diverse industries, Maor brings best-practice experience in implementing new technologies.
